One vision that the founder, Dr. Glenn J. Morris, Soke, wanted to see come to light for the Hoshin Roshi Ryu was a sword curriculum. This task was placed with Hoshin Kyoshi Ed Glimme. Ironically, Mr. Glimme and his crew filmed the entire series the same weekend Soke Morris passed away. Mr. Glimme and crew saw the production through to fulfill the wishes of the late Soke. We are proud to see his wish come to light.

Keeping with Hoshin traditions, the Hoshin Sword Curriculum is from the teachings of Hoshin mentor Miyamoto Musashi. The DVD's are divided up into the Godai ranking system that Hoshin uses. The Hoshin Sword Curriculum is the foundation of sword work in ryu. As with all things Hoshin, it will keep evolving!
